Guilt is firmly established and proven beyond doubt in the accusation. The charges needn't be formal, they needn't be filed with an attorney general, or a judge, or any court. All it takes is for a groundswell of idiots to say that Trump committed insurrection and he can no longer run for President of the United States.
For Democrats, the opposite is true; mountains upon mountains upon mountains of evidence some might say it falls short of proof, but mountains of evidence, showing whispering Joe and the great white hunter colluding with offshore accounts, phony business names on emails, checks to and from family members, Emails from the drug addled, great white hunter proudly saying that my dad is sitting right next to me ...none of that amounts to, "one shred of evidence" to even ask a question or open an inquiry against Whispering Joe Biden. That would be a witchhunt.
But three losers on CNN can say that Trump committed insurrection, and the rest of the idiots in America will say that disqualifies him from running for president.
