Yes, he displayed his lack of mental acuity. That was not the worst part.
Yes, he lied (yet again). That was not the worst part.
But when he was asked by a reporter about public skepticism regarding his mental faculties, he reverted to his Old Yeller persona, displaying his emotional instability. That is very dangerous (if Biden actually holds and is able to use the powers he is supposed to have as President).
