I'd be surprised if SCOTUS took this immunity issue up..

The Appeals Court decision laid bare just how screwball and anti-Democratic the arguments Trump is trying to make really are.
If they don't take it up, it's a very loud non-response.
If they do, they're only going to double tap on the Appellate Court decision (which is why I don't see them taking it up...it doesn't need SCOTUS).
If so you can bet he'll take shots at his Supreme Court picks for not shilling for him.
