decide a coach is only worth $1million until he proves himself for a few years, you will never have a decent coach
It is a $4million loss every year no matter who you hire and a $5-9million Investment if he works out.
Not looking good mainly because while this team can't hit the broad side of the barn they should be able to have some decent offensive sets which they never have and there is zero semblance of defense and pathetic rebounding ... all of which are coachable
