legalized has shrunk to essentially nothing. It's also completely changed who's running it. It's no longer crap coming in from Mexico or large operations.

It's one of two things in the black market for marijuana:

1. A dude that decided to start growing himself for fun and has extra that he more or less is giving away

or

2. Someone is moving product from another state that has been legalized much longer so costs have come way down.
