and wanted to sell. Negotiated the deal and they sold it to the current manufacturer---agreeing to the same terms THE I HAD NEGOTIATED and they were buying the product from. They ultimately settled but were total axxholes. Monsanto is effectively gone and has been for years but sure they retained these claims
