nation would have been had we limited immigration from south of the border to only enough families to provide one Mexican restaurant per community and allowed no immigration from third world shytehole countries outside of Europe. The landscape, rough-in carpentry, roofing and bricklaying industries could cope with temporary seasonal migrant labor.
