And Trump's campaign is putting heavy heat on Congress people to NOT PASS IT, b/c to do so in Trump's mind helps his opponent. Make Trump Great Again, right? Trump has one of the most powerful fundraising lists in the game and he can put huge pressure in the comimng election on GOP Reps and Senators to primary them out of a job. So they kneel. GOP first, me first, America and the oath a distant third. GOP is going to lose all power this fall.
