drives the economy which is nonsense. I worked in economid development at a time just past that the provided parameters and trade-offs. Company A creates X numbr of jobs, then company A gets a limited tax break. Not unreasonable until we dropped the "create X number of jobs" part. What Reagan did, that did drive the economy was massive public spending. That spending created jobs as we saw in what was called the Massachusett's Miracle. I was there for that.
