The young guys need experience, but it would be silly to try to play Butler, Pierce, and Robinson 30 minutes a game. I think he has made a shift to be sure to get them minutes. In the game on Saturday, he played each of them about 10-15 minutes, if I'm not mistaken. I think that's an appropriate amount. Enough to get them real experience without overwhelming them or destroying their confidence.
