It does not really matter if we figure it out after the fact. Once those votes are in the system there is no way to get them back out. The only recourse is to throw all the votes out and try again. You will never see a judge make that ruling no matter how much proof there may be.
The Dems understand this and will continue to push for more unreliable systems so they can continue to take advantage of the system.
