The human contribution to CO2 is much higher than you assume based on those calculations. It's essentially the difference between pre-industrial and present day CO2 in the atmosphere which is more like 49% of CO2 in the atmosphere (417 ppm - 280 ppm pre-industrial). So anthropogenic CO2 is really 0.02% of the atmosphere.

The mistake you make is using the CO2 contribution of humans (fossil fuels) at any one given point in time. That portion of atmospheric CO2 is not neutral. It's essentially stored energy from the sun from Earth history so there is no present day natural sink for the Carbon hence the rise in CO2 from 280 ppm to 417 ppm in the last 100+ years.

I am not saying this is driving all climate change but those are the actual numbers you need to be using.
