there are a ton of great coaches all over at all levels

have to find ones that fit in coach Drink's philosophy, can recruit, and fit the culture coach is building here.
End of the day it comes down to players. I heard coach Ogeron speak one time, and he said Jimmy Johnson told him after practice one day to come in, he was going to teach him something. He said you want me to tell you the secret of being a great coach? Oh yes said coach O. JJ said, get the best players!
Heard Dick Vermeil speak one time as well. He said after a short time in St Louis, he said "ain't know way we can win with these turd birds". Obv he changed the culture and all of that, but he also changed a lot of the players. He got a lot smarter when Kurt Warner came from nowhere and Marshall Faulk came to town.
Coaching make a big difference, but having great players makes a bigger one.
