Has anyone on this board ever applied for a real estate loan and had the lending institution accept their valuation of the property in question. I think the answer is an absolute no. If President Trump's organization(s) were attempting to over value certain properties, why did the New York City Assessor not stepin and accept the same for tax purposes. It would sound as though said Assessor was defrauding the Citizens of New York City in a time of great need for additional tax funds!
