iiuc, that means the entire house of reprehensibles has to vote that he is contemptible.

So i figure that right now the DNC is threatening all socialists and seeing which republicans can be bribed or threatened to vote NO.

Assuming that he is held in contempt, i imagine the DOJ is scouring the law for a loophole to slither through to not press charges.

Perhaps a deal can be made with the republicans.
