That he is still trying to get the types of guys that he wants to play the defense that he wants. My biggest concerns at this point are roster management and rotations, and his ability to judge talent. The idea that he thought Kaleb Brown ever belonged on a division one basketball court is a major red flag.

He is definitely a recruiter in the sense that he is able to sell highly rated kids on his plan, he is definitely a good motivator, I think it’s a good sign that he clearly understands the modern concepts of offense, and I think his culture around the program will be a good thing.
