Be elsewhere. He wasn’t “great” at Miami. He may be fantastic going forward. I like the guy, but he also may have been at the right place at the right time. We’ve seen it with about 90% of coaching hires ever. The guy turns something around and is a can’t miss. Then he’s average. It’s why it’s so hard to find great coaches.
