I don't think there's any way he can possibly withstand four more years as president. Lord knows the country can't withstand four more years of him.

So if the Marxists win and Biden is president in 2025, don't they need a short term plan to replace him, and that person is probably not going to be chuckles the Veep. Joe has always been at some level, a placeholder.
