Under the old agreement the buyout went like this:
- leaves inside the first year - $1.4mm
- leaves after one year, prior to two years - $800k
- leaves after year two - $400k
Three circumstances nullify the buyout:
- Takes a Head Coaching job in college or pros
- Takes a DC/Assistant position in any pro league
- Drink leaves
If any of those occur Baker's free to leave without having to pay the buyout.
That's close to the language that's been in place for years, I'd think it would be similar, just the $$$ amounts would increase to match Baker's increased salary.

Eventually the amendments for Drink, Baker, & Moore will be added.
