I appreciate your concern for a large group of diverse individuals with complicated and varied illnesses with many unknown causes and factors with many different ways to deal with it that carry their own complications with them as well.

However, you can kindly go **** yourself if you think that you know what is best for any particular individual within that large group of diverse individuals with complicated and varied illnesses with many different ways to deal with it.
