so they have a history of keeping coaches around. That said, it should be noted that Ferentz has finished unranked 14 times in 23 years. He's been in the top 10 a total of 5 times. He has never finished in the top 5, and neither did Fry.
They were 10-4 this year, and will probably still finish in the top 25 (maybe not). At any rate, you can hardly fire a coach who won 10 games, it seems to me.
