Go tell you boss he is a dirtbag a**hole and see if there is freedom of speech. Go to a board meeting and tell the board they are all overrated idiots and incapble of helping run the company. Think nothing will happen because of freedom speech? That freedom keeps government from cracking down on you, not your private employer.

It's not a game. It's understanding what is and isn't protected speech.
