it's pretty simple. You ridicule the bowl system as "meaningless" and criticize players for not "skipping them" and criticize coaches and the system when players get injured playing in them and this will continue. And don't think it won't continue when some high draft picks don't want to play four or five extra games in a playoff that will eventually go into February.
