Why is alcohol use regulated? Would you want your pre-teen and teenaged kids to have open access to alcohol, knowing that there is often a genetic predisposition to alcoholism? If you want to weed use to be completely legal, what do you mean by that? Anyone with no age restrictions? Anywhere, anytime? I've already been in multiple situations where it smells like someone was burning old tires.
Make weed legal. It's great. Greatest thing since sliced bread. Put in smoking lounges in the schools. Have as many students stoned attending classes as possible. No age restrictions. If a middle schooler wants to pop a gummie at lunch because it clears his anxiety about gym class, so be it.
