We need to protect ourselves from poaching more than we have done in the past. I doubt we do, as we're euphoric right now, but I'd like to see that buyout at 50% of the guarantied part of his contract. Larger P5's will come calling if this success continues and we need some disincentive from that (or at a minimum compensation for it). What the per season guess on salary? I would not be shocked to see him go to $8 or $8.5M OMG, hard for me to even type those types of numbers.
