It is so obvious a Constitutional matter that even you could figure it out.

REAL ISSUE too seems to be the value of an oath. In our nation's traditions many if not most public officials take an oath, swearing to God that they will defend, protect, etc the Consitution of the US. But now, it seems with Reps, judges, presidents that this oath is hollow. This leads one to wonder why we go through such a now empty practice. Just saying.
