punishable crime, I'd appreciate understanding your views on the following:
If a woman drinks alcohol or does drugs, knowing she is pregnant, or gets pregnant at an advanced age, or smokes, or gets on fast roller coasters, races jet skis, etc, do you think she should be charged and convicted of assault, manslaughter or even murder (if the child is injured or dies)- or attempted murder/assualt/manslaughter if the child doesn't?
What if she doesn't take prenatal vitamins or doesn't get medical care?
What if she doens't go to a hospital by choice and the child is injured or dies during birth with or without a midwife?
What if a woman or man with a known genetic disease intentionally gets pregnant (impregnates) creating a human with a disease or condition - is that assault?
What if the woman knowingly eats a terrible diet, is or gets obese and the child is or isn't harmed?
If you believe abortion is murder, my assumption you feel all of the above are crimes against the unborn child.
Should the unborn be a dependent for tax purposes and have a SSN assigned at conception, as soon as the pregnancy is confirmed - in order to ensure the unborn child receives benefits, can be a victim, etc?
