1. Living in your house =/= living in and literally cojoined with another living human being. your house doesn't have rights, isn't a person
2. Yes, it isn't living in the woman.
If a woman drinks alcohol or does drugs or gets pregnant at 45, do you think she should be charged and convicted of assault or even murder (if the unborn child dies)?
What if she smokes?
What if she doesn't take prenatal vitamins or doesn't get medical care?
What if she doens't go to a hospital by choice and the child is injured or dies during birth with or without a midwife? Assault, murder?
What if a woman or man with a known genetic disease intentionally gets pregnant (impregnates) creating a human with a disease or condition - is that assault?
