convict trump of insurrection.

Question for you, Fudgy, if Trump can be thrown off the ballot for insurrection, can he be thrown in jail for it as well, without having charges filed, a trial of any sort, an opportunity to defend himself or a guilty verdict?

What's the next step in the punishment for insurrection, after he is not allowed to run for president?

A brilliant legal mind such as yours should have the answer to this easily.

Do you wonder at all, why other brilliant legal minds, not as brilliant as yours of course, chose not to formally accuse him of insurrection?
