You say "how food is produced is one of the biggest threats". Today this is true. Was not always so. Thus the statement "how food is produced" is a threat is a conditional statement. How we have allowed food corporations to devastate land in some cases to market unhealthy food to children was a choice - or perhaps a manipulation of choices. Pretty much it is about priorities and American and Western Capitalism is the key manipulator in that equation. C'est la vie, c'est la guerre. Bye
