know it was 4th down and neither did anyone around me. Can't explain the intensity of the moment to people who were not there-it was like the whole game had built to such a defining moment of whether or not we were going to be good again. After the play things started to deteriorate into mayhem and we just got out of there feeling like we'd been kicked in the nads. Didn't know anything about a 5th down until we turned on the radio on the drive home-the other part was McCartney *****ing about the turf (which was true) but still ****ed us off all the more.
Makes me wonder what this year would have turned out to be if Mevis doesn't make that kick against K-State.
