Pick their candidates for President. The current issue deals only with this portion of the election. While their intent is pretty clear, in that they want to influence who the ultimate candidates are for the nation I would be ok if the USSC upheld their decision or didn’t take it up

In which case the republicans can pivot and determine how to pick their candidate in a different manner

Now, if the Colorado ruling was to keep his name off the presidential election ballot, then no I wouldn’t be ok with the USSC upholding
