Did Joe Biden at that time in addition to serving as US VP under the command of President Barack Obama ALSO serve as the sole decision maker for foreign loans for the US, the UK, France and Germany ? Answer me that. You see the facts bite you in the ass here. The failure of the then prosecutor of corruption in the Ukraine led those four nations to DEMAND a change in prosecutorial staff and if such a change were not made, the loans would be withheld. You see, numbskull, it was not to stop prosecutiong corruption but to prosecute it that was the poing. And Joe Biden was an errand boy.
