I for one and really tired of fighting the absurd. Why not let the coast go to their utopia and the rest of the country can have reasonable laws and policies.

People get their chance to move prior. 5 year window.

Convention of the states for the ones that stay to enshrine balance budget, term limits, lobby rules.
