Reason FSU was out.

They couldn't leave out the sec, just couldn't. Since they couldn't keep Georgia in (although they probably should have based on history) when they wanted to include Bama they had to put Texas in.

They probably should have done
1. Michigan
2. Washington
3. FSU
4. Georgia

If Georgia had won it absolutely would have been
1. Georgia
2. Michigan
3. Washington
4. FSU

They only thing knocking fsu out was their wanting to include Bama and they couldn't realistically put bama in over texas.
