Let’s say a drug house sets up in your neighborhood and is cooking meth. Cooking meth is a legal endeavor in this utopian society.

You and your neighbors property value plummets since no-one wants to live near a Meth house and insurance rates increase as a result of the associated fire risk from the meth operation. Additionally, the addicts vandalize your neighbors homes, further lowering your home value and increasing your insurance
