a clear thought and certainly can't read or write above a 5th grade level. He doesn't 'know' anything and doesn't possess the capacity to learn things or process information.

Its comical how stupid he is, to the point he gets a pass from nearly everyone because what is the point of constantly pointing out what a complete and total buffoon he is over and over. There is no one who takes anything he says seriously.
