Mitchell is not all that different from Shaw. People get frustrated with Shaw on the offensive end, but the real issue is he hasn't figured out a way for his athleticism to translate into dominance defensively and on the boards. He will never be as offensively talented as this player, but if Shaw could evolve into what JW3 was as a sophomore defensively/rebounding that would be tremendous.
