Windows overlooking field, with stands on top. Kind of like wrigley or ball park village. The restaurants would provide seat concessions to the people in those seats. Maybe all inclusive. Let them decide. Then the new scoreboard is curved and close in the end at whither level.
The area would need to be open year round. You could have Harpos on the Hill, BK broiler at the bowl. Whatever
