Basically, I think they want the county/taxpayers to approve it without knowing what they're approving. How would the existing sales tax cover a new stadium? Issue bonds and service the debt on the bonds with the current sales tax - that's the only way I see it.

After the Taxpayers do this for the Rs - what will the Chiefs want?

I believe that I heard it would be a 1 cent sales tax for Clay county (as a Clay Co resident - I say **** that.)
