every airliner fuels for anticipating a headwind for the flight, then if they have a tailwind they dump the extra fuel before landing. Exactly how much fuel is dumped per year into the atmosphere and what effect is that having on the atmosphere?? You figure out a solution to that then let's move to the next step, one Yacht uses more diesel in one fill than my Mercedes will in my lifetime. Until they address some of these why should I bother trying to do anything??
