There is no explanation needed. The man has stumbled over his vocals for 50 years. That hasn't changed. Trump OTOH is all over the map with breathy one liners, some of which reveal his intent to destroy Democracy. And what is with this "and if a guy is a beating me, I will have my AG indict him".
