Encouraging protesters to march PEACEFULLY to the capitol but it's ok for students to advocate killing Jews, destroying Israel, and death to the US.
I doubt these college campusses would allow the KKK to have a student group on campus that advocated for the destruction of the black race.
The Ivy League schools that have kicked student groups off campus have as far as I know, have done so only after pressure from rich donors, and have not punished let alone expelled pro terrorist students who have threatened Jewish students.
