I have a thought experiment for you.

I know you are all about bugging out in the face of TEOTWAWKI by yourself but the exercise is this:

What do you think it would take to plan for a world ending community that would be able to help guide the survivors back to a civilization. And also for recreational opportunities to attract fellow whackos to live there and not kill each other before the world ends? I have given it some thought and have a figure in mind (quite broadstroke for sure) but just curious what you would come up with. If you just have a flip answer I don't really care.
