It wouldn’t have to get to a gubna because the schools would shut them down. Do you really think any University would allow a university club or association called “Whities for black extinction” to exist and use university facilities and resources?

I wouldn’t want them to exist either, but if you don’t stand up for everyone’s right to free speech than I would say you aren’t qualified tp speak on this topic.
