Triggered a schizophrenic episode and he had no prior signs of schizophrenia. Ended up in the psych unit at KU Med and then relapsed again a few weeks later.

Now, he was probably at that age where schizophrenia shows up in young adults. Did the mushrooms cause it? Who knows. Did they trigger it? Probably.

Not worth fvcking with the synapses in your brain, which for males are still rewiring themselves into the mid-20's.
