the girl I'm dating was pretty much told right away "fall weekends are for football". Thankfully she loves football, especially NFL so it's no big deal.

She mentioned a wedding on 11/4 a few months ago and I was like "nope", not even knowing at the time that would end up being our biggest game of the season.
