Ohio State and other "blue bloods" are as good as they are, year in and year out. When a large percentage of your fan base cares more about tailgating than winning, that mindset permeates the program.

I've said it once and I'll say it again: Missouri (both the University and the state) is perfectly happy with being mediocre at most things.
