I was referring to the process in general.

The trade wars, and most of the international fights are perceived issues at first, then comes government interventions, and turns it into real problems.

Also, let the market figure out how to deal with these issues, as the market does a both a better job of fixing the problems, and creates fewer "other" problems.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
