When sending a domestic bank wire, you will need to provide the recipient’s name, address, bank account number, and ABA number (routing number).
When sending an international bank wire, you will need to provide the recipient’s name, address, banks SWIFT BIC, and bank account number, plus the International Payments System Routing Code, for certain countries (you will be prompted for this).

Where in this claim does it even say money was delivered to Joe Biden’s house? All it is claiming is that Joe Biden’s address was used.. which would be on the required wire transfer forms.
Even if it were delivered to Joe Biden’s house in the form of cash, it can be done. Premier banking services will use armored vehicles to deliver cash wherever you want for a fee.
